On November 1-6, payment will be impossible
Registration fee includes:
- Conferense documents, including abstracts book;
- Access to all scientific sessions;
- Coffee breaks;
- Banquet.
Cancellation policy:
- Before August 31, 2023 the registration fee will be refunded in full (bank transfer fee will be charged);
- Before September 25, 2023, penalty 80% of registration fee;
- After September 25, 2023, penalty 100% of registration fee.
If the application for a refund is not sent in writing within the established timeframe to reg@mediexpo.ru, the registration fee will not be refunded.
Refunds are made without a bank commission for the relevant operations.
- Benefits for students are valid upon presentation of the relevant document (student card).
- The young scientist benefit is valid for participants under 35 years of age upon presentation of a passport.
- If the scan of the document is not submitted, the original document will need to be presented at check-in on the spot. Persons who do not provide a document will be required to pay the full registration fee.
